Terms of trade

1. Any goods returned by the customer must be at the expense of the Customer (unless previously arranged), and must be in good condition and outside six months of the expiry date printed on it. If these conditions are not adhered to, the Supplier reserves the right to refuse to accept the goods. The goods must be in a saleable condition.
   
   
2. Application for return or replacement of stock for any reason must be made to the Supplier within seven (7) days of the despatch of the goods to the Customer.
   
   
3. A full refund will only be supplied when the above two conditions are met, only then will we deposit the money back into customers nominated account within 14 days.
