Nature Vet Direct Shipping

Shipping Information for all Orders.
All orders for customers are dispatched using Australia Post's e-Parcel system. This provides tracking information for your parcel and also requires a signature on delivery.

Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Your freight is automatically calculated in your order when you select either; Standard eParcel or Express eParcel

Shipping/handling charges
Product shipping weights may be different to the net weight of an individual products contents. Shipping weight calculation includes the net weight of the product and any associated packing material such as boxes, plastic containers, void fill etc.

The total shipping charge will be displayed at checkout prior to you submitting any payment information.

Nature Vet Direct will supply 6 FREE shipping transactions per customer, per account. After the 6th transaction, the full shipping charges will be applied.

This method of delivery requires that the parcel be signed for. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, a card should be left and the parcel taken to your local Post Office. Zodee is able to offer compensation to the full value of the order if the parcel has been deemed lost by Australia Post.

Delivery times are dependant on your location, but are typically 2-10 working days.
We have 2 types of shipping choices done through AustPost. Express or standard.
Express Shipping will be delivered between 2-4 days depending on your location around Australia
Standard Shipping will be delivered between 2-10 days depending on your location around Australia
