To direct 100% of the revenue received by Nature Vet Direct from the sale of certain products into the Profit Share “Pool”
To distribute payments from the Profit Share “Pool” on a quarterly basis in accordance with the formal arrangements between Nature Vet Direct and various third parties
To direct our auditors to audit the financial accounts of Nature Vet Direct annually
To request Nature Vet Direct’s auditors to confirm compliance with the above on an annual basis following the completion of each audit
